About the Role
You will provide clinical leadership and management of the ICB’s Adult Continuing Healthcare (CHC) including operational management of the day-to-day clinical service; verification of outcome decisions for adults; individual case management, scheduling support, complaint responses.
You will be responsible for ensuring that professional nursing standards are maintained and that adult CHC nurses meet and maintain professional registration requirements, including mentoring, clinical supervision, and clinical re-validation.
You will deputise for the Clinical Business Manager as and when required.
You will be expected to participate in the on call rota.
